We review spaces in light of a few criteria, including the some fundamental prerequisites to be published on Cowork.
To deliver accurate results and ensure your privacy, we require:

  • Name
  • Furnished & equipped office space
  • Bright, neat and clean work spaces
  • High speed internet access
  • Quality photographs of the venue and work space

We audit each listing deliberately for accuracy and verify all details of your venue, including:

  • Contact information
  • Location (address details)
  • Photos
  • Amenities and other specified qualities

Note: If your venue isn't published, it didn't match all the criteria sketched out above.

Yes, you can create a listing for your extra desks by adding a venue on Cowork. We require all venues on our marketplace to be fully furnished offices. If you're unsure, have a read through our Basic Requirements to ensure your venue qualifies before you create your listing.

A submitted venue listing to the CoWork platform can be rejected or removed due to a few reasons:

  • The venue did not meet our Basic Requirements
  • We can't verify that the administrators were authorized to create listing for that venue
  • Your listing does not qualify for any category of our coworking spaces or shared offices etc
  • Listing is rejected due to missing information such as a website or other required information
  • Listing is in a country we currently are not supporting
  • Pending viewing request or enquirers went unanswered
  • We have got failed email notification or no-response when attempting to contact a venue admin

Listing your shared work-space on the Cowork platform is absolutely free. We don't charge any fee for creating a venue listing on our marketplace. No hidden fees is there now, you can list as much free space as you want.

We provide our host complete control over their venue profiles. You can review inquiries and view client profiles for each viewing request or inquiry. We do our best to ensure clients have great profiles and verified details. Cowork clients are often:

  • Business executives
  • start-ups etc.

Learn how to create your venue listing on Cowork. Before creating your listing, please ensure your venue meets our Basic Requirements.

To list a new venue:

  • Log into your account on CoWork 
  • Go to Register My Workspace  button on the left side
  • Fill in the required fields 
  • Give the client a clear idea of what the venue is like for this please mention as many details as possible 
  • Choose high-quality images to give a clear idea about how your venue looks.
  • Once a section has been completed, the completion bar will display a green tick for that step.
  • The Completion bar at the top of the page must be at 100% before you can submit the listing for review.

People require different types of work-spaces according to their business needs and financial budget. Some may be looking for an economical way of getting out of their home office to a social work environment. Others may be looking for a great furnished place to meet with clients and leave a lasting impression.
Taking this into account, we have created 'property types' to help streamline a user's search for the ideal venue for them. It means that during the venue registration process, venue administrator sorts each venue into one of four following categories.

  • Shared: For entrepreneurs and freelancers owners looking to escape the coffee shop, these shared office spaces offer them a chance to work in a more formal way and sociable way in an office. This increases productivity while keeping costs low. Meet other fellows and enhance opportunities.
  • Hub: For rising startups and small businesses, our co-working spaces and shared offices are the best option needed to take your business to the next level within economical budget.
  • Pro: For mobile enterprises that require fully furnished and luxurious offices we offer verified business centers and co-working spaces that provide clients with all sorts of professional and technological amenities. These places have modern vibe that will surely exceed your expectations.
  • EXEC: For corporate executives (CEO s) and mobile professionals, we offer A-class serviced offices with the basic needs and greater capacity so that they can maintain company’s operations, anywhere in Pakistan. Styled brilliantly with classic professional touch, these spaces are comparable to reputable hotel standards.

Learn how to temporarily hide a venue or co-working space or meeting space from our marketplace.
If you have a venue or shared space or meeting room that is temporarily not available then you can easily deactivate it on the Cowork marketplace, and then reactivate it when it becomes available.

  • Log into your account on Cowork
  • Click on the user name or pic icon that is on extreme left of the menu bar
  • Select My Venues from the dropdown list
  • Under the My Venues tab, click on the small eye icon in front of the co-working space or meeting space that you want to hide.
  • Icon will change and become colorless to show that now this particular space is hidden or invisible

Learn how to remove your venue from the Cowork marketplace.

  • Log into your account on Cowork
  • Click on the user name and pic icon that is on extreme left of the menu bar
  • Select My Venues from the drop down list
  • Under the My Venues tab, click on the small red cross icon in front of the venue that you want to delete.
  • Manage your venue

    Venue admins can easily change the details of their venue such as venue's open hours, available spaces, their prices and other details at any time.
    To update your venue's details:

    • Log in to your Cowork account
    • Click on your account display name located on the right side of menu
    • Select My Venues from the dropdown menu or Use the left-hand menu to go to My Venues (if you are already in your dashboard)
    • To edit your venue's overall details (e.g. images, open hours, number of rooms/desks, and more), click the Edit link and edit details that you need to update.

    • Log in to your Cowork account
    • Click on your account display name located on the right side of menu
    • Select Enquiries from the dropdown menu or Use the left-hand menu to go to Enquiries tab (if you are already in your dashboard)
    • Under enquiries tab you can see all enquiries and their details.

    Venue admins can easily add their team members and other admins in their venue listing on Cowork platform. Follow following steps for this purpose.

    • Log in to your Cowork account
    • Click on your account display name located on the right side of menu
    • Select Team Members from the dropdown menu or Use the left-hand menu to go to Team Members tab (if you are already in your dashboard)
    • Under this tab you can see all team members and their details.
    • If you need to add new team member click on “Add Members” button on extreme right of the window.
    • Select their roles & permissions, their status as “team member” or “super admin” and other details.

    Venue admins can easily add their team members and other admins in their venue listing on Cowork platform. Follow following steps for this purpose.

    • Log in to your Cowork account
    • Click on your account display name located on the right side of menu
    • Select Team Members from the dropdown menu or Use the left-hand menu to go to Team Members tab (if you are already in your dashboard)
    • Under this tab you can see all team members and their details.
    • To delete a team member, navigate to that member and click on small red cross icon to delete it.

    All the above roles or some selected roles from above list can be easily assigned to team members by checking or un-checking the them while adding or editing team member

    Hosts and the users of the Cowork Marketplace receive a newsletter from our team. One section of this newsletter is for 'Featured Spaces,' that are Cowork marketplace listings of venues from around the Pakistan. These venues are stellar examples of the different categories in which spaces are sorted at the time of listing. Each of these photos shows the name, city, and location address of the co-working space, and is hyperlinked to direct potential clients straight to the venue's marketplace listing.
